Circus Extreme is returning to Southampton this spring with its brand new world tour, “Rock It Out.” From Friday 17 April to Sunday 26 April 2026, the spectacular event will transform Mayflower Park into a high energy arena of adrenaline and live music. It’s a revolutionary fusion of world class circus stunts and a live rock band, creating a multi sensory experience that pushes the boundaries of traditional circus entertainment.
The “Rock It Out” Experience
For the first time in its history, Circus Extreme features a full live rock band on stage. The musicians, accompanied by singers and dancers, provide a powerful soundtrack that heightens the tension and excitement of the death defying acts. The show is housed in Europe’s largest touring Big Top, which is fully climate controlled and equipped with theatre style seating to ensure comfort regardless of the British weather.
Performance Highlights and Key Acts
- The Globe of Death: A crowd favourite where stunt riders race inside a mesh steel sphere at high speeds, experiencing G-force levels similar to those of a fighter pilot.
- The Danguir Troupe: These performers will attempt a world first double somersault on the rotating Wheel of Death, an act that requires immense precision and nerves of steel.
- Extreme Freestyle Motocross: Daredevil riders will soar across the heights of the Big Top, executing backflips and mid-air stunts.
- The Didyk Troupe: A display of acrobatic excellence featuring the Double Ukrainian Swing, where performers launch themselves into intricate somersaults and twists.
- Laura Miller’s Aquatic Aerial Hoop: A visually stunning performance that combines the elements of fire and water with aerial artistry.
- Lucky Hell: An elegant yet terrifying display of aerial sword swallowing, performed while suspended from aerial straps.
- Clown Edy: Providing comic relief throughout the high octane show with quick wit and traditional circus humour.

Parking Information
Parking at Mayflower Park is extremely limited during event days.
